Target Setting Lessons to Boost Pupils from 3 to 4: These lessons are part of a project that is challenged with boosting pupils from level 3c to 4c. Each week starts with a new focus on literacy, numeracy, kagan techniques and a personal target. Pupils need a target book to work with and this lesson is delivered at the begining of every week. When marking, I use this code. Every child has one in their book and I can write the number of the target that it relates to - As the lesson starter, after I've marked, the pupils write in their own targets to show that they&'ve acknowledged them. Simple, personalised, saves me hours on marking!
